- 9 columns to easy identify
the patient you are looking for
- 7 of the columns you can
sort and search by. In sample above, sort and search is set by last
name. There is an arrow pointing up in the heading labeled ‘Last
Name’. You can change it by just clicking on the heading you want
to sort and search by

- You can also find patients
by their SSN and Insurance ID

Patient Database Screens

- Buttons on top of the
patient database is a portal to other parts of the program:
- Add Claims: There
are several places you can add claims for you convenience. Patient
database is one of them
- Claims: One click
and you can view all the patients open claims
- Pay & Adj: There
are several places you can access Pay & Adj, Patient database is a
favorite
- Transactions:
Transact ions is just like Pay & Adj except you see ALL claims, open
and closed.
- Co-Pay: This is
where you input ‘floating co-pay’
- Notes: Like Claims
and Pay & Adj, there are several places you can access notes from.
- Tabs: The patient
database has 5 tabs (Demographics, Insurance, Files, Closed Claims,
Defaults and Summary), that can easily be access by using your mouse or
the shortcut keys.
- Patient Account Number:
You can set it to automatically use numeric or Alpha. You can also
assign any PAN you wish
- Group: Groups is user
definable, you can make any kind group you like and assign patients to
that group. We have several financial reports you can run by groups
- All Fields: All the
fields in the patient database are set to automatically capitalize the
first letter
- Phone Numbers: You
can set a default area code. When tabbing into the phone number field,
the area code will automatically fill in

- Insurance Tab: Is
where you store the patients insurance and guarantor information

- File Tab: A place
where the Office manager to leave notes
- Documents; You can
attach scan documents, files to the patient record

Default Tab: To cut down on
receptiveness, we added a default tab so you can set it once, then
forget it

Summary

One click and you can get a quick summary of your patient
