CREATING A NEW PATIENT RECORD:
A) PATIENTS/ Top Section
a) From the Left Navigational Menu, select ‘Patients’.
b) Select ‘Add’ to open a blank ‘Edit New Patient Data’
form.
c) Patient Account #: This number is assigned by the
software based on your selections under the ‘System/ Options/ Data’ tabs
(refer to section ‘2) B1 OPTIONS / Options Tab / Patients’) or you may
enter your own unique PAN by double-clicking in this field and selecting
‘Yes’ when asked if you are sure you want to edit this field.

e) Last Name: Enter Patient’s last name.
f) First Name: Enter Patient’s first name.
g) MI: Enter Patient’s middle initial.
h) Home Phone: Enter Patient’s home phone number.
i) Work Phone: Enter Patient’s work phone number.
