Getting Started with Electronic Billing!

 


I. BILLING SOFTWARE ACTIVATION & USER SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

A) SOFTWARE ACTIVATION

1) Open MPM in “demo” mode: Username: demo; Password: demo.

2) From the Top Navigational Menu, select ‘System’, and then select ‘MPM
Office Activation’.

3) Enter the MPM registration key (serial number) that was emailed to you
upon purchase. Once entered, the software will close and reopen.

Login again using ‘Username’: demo; ‘Password’: demo.

B) SETUP THE SOFTWARE ADMINISTRATOR

1) From the Top Navigational Menu, select ‘Security’, then ‘Users’.

2) Highlight the user ‘demo’. (IMPORTANT: the user ‘Demo’ is the default
master account or  Administrative account that will have complete access
to all levels of security, and the ability to assign permissions for all other users).

3) Select ‘Edit’ and change the settings for ‘demo’ to the settings you choose
for yourself first as new Software Administrator (multiple users may be
given this level of access), and then all other users. Check off the boxes
‘Super User’ and ‘Access Security’ (see section ‘F) SECURITY /
Users’) for every Software Administrator being set up.

4) Select the ‘Providers’ that each user will have access to (‘All Providers’
or individually selected ones). Software Administrators should be given
access to ‘All Providers’.

5) Click ‘Save’ when done.

NOTE: If you lock yourself out of the program, please contact the Software
Administrator. If the Administrator is locked out as well, please call our
support desk.
