  ENTERING BILLING NOTES


ADDING OFFICE BILLING NOTES:


D) OFFICE Notes (Files) Tab
a) Text Box: This is a free text field, unlimited in size. Enter any notes
you want concerning your patient, their account payment habit, the
amount of No-Shows, etc. If an entry is made here, the ‘Notes’ field
in the ‘Patients Data’ screen (the far right column) will have a
checked box indicating that notes exist.
b) Documents: You can attach documents of different types (i.e.: Word,
Excel, scanned image, etc.) by selecting ‘Attach’ and finding the file
or document. (Similar to attaching a file when you send an email).
Note: You must have purchased the ‘Document Creator’ feature to
be able to use this part of the software.
