H) Finding Patients
a) Columnar Search: Left click once on the column name field and
type the fist three letters or numbers of the information you are trying
to find. You will see the rows move and the one with the information
you are entering will become highlighted.
b) ‘Find’ by SSN or Insurance ID: Click the ‘Find’ button at the
bottom of the ‘Patients Data’ screen to open the ‘Find Text’ box.
Enter either the patient’s Social Security Number (‘SSN’), or their
Insurance Id number (‘Ins. ID’) in the fields provided.
