PRINTING PATIENT STATEMENTS:

1) The opened ‘Statements’ screen is automatically populated with accounts that have a balance due.

NOTE: You can add other patient accounts which contain balances in them by left clicking on the ‘Add’ button on the bottom and, in the newly opened ‘Add Statements’ screen, checking the box to the left of each patient you wish to select then clicking on the ‘Add’ button to the right of this screen to return you to the ‘Statements’ screen.
2) Individual patient selection: check the box in front of each patient (left of the PAN) you want to send a statement to.

3) Selecting all patients: click the ‘Check All’ button on the bottom left of the screen.
4) Printing: Left click the ‘Print’ button (bottom left of the screen), as well as in the ‘Report Statements’ screen that opens immediately thereafter.
