SYSTEM BACKUP & RESTORE INTRO:

MPMsoft allows you to back up your entire program to whatever digital medium you desire:

Either a USB flash-drive (recommended) -- also called a jump-drive (the 2 1/2 inch long rectangle thing you see hanging on programmer's key chains; it replaced the floppy disc a number of years ago and sells for $11 - $12 at Target or Wal-Mart); or a CD or DVD, or any backup location you desire. The backup utility scrambles the data so it's HIPPA compliant. It can only be read and restored by your specific program license registration key.

It is highly recommended that you not only backup the data itself, but also that you keep a fully backed up copy of the program with the current system data on an alternate PC or laptop somewhere off premise -- so that, in the advent of a catastrophic failure, such as a lightning strike or fire, you can simple grab the fully backed up system with all the current billing data on (eg) you home computer or laptop, and continue billing without a hiccup - without missing a heart beat - batting an eye lid - without a hitch - uninterrupted - zero down time - you choose the metaphor.
