SYSTEM BACKUP:
Backing up Data: A) If the data folder is shared with other users
(where you have a
network configuration set up with MPM Office loaded on multiple
computers), confirm that MPM Office is closed on all other computers in
your network except on the computer doing
the backup.
B) In the opened ‘Backup MPM Office Data’ screen, do the following for
each field:
1) Archives Folder: (This shows the path to the file that will
contain the backup folder). Left click on the browser button ( ) to find
the ‘backup’ folder within the ‘MPM Office’ file on your computer. (You
may need to create a specific folder labeled ‘backup’ if one does not
exist).
2) Notes: Use the date and time the backup was done as a way to help
you remember (see the example box below).
3) Finally, click the ‘Backup’ button (bottom right side).
