RESTORING BACKED UP DATA:

2. Restore Archived Data: A) If the data folder is shared with other users (where you have a
network configuration set up with MPM Office loaded on multiple computers), confirm that MPM Office is closed on all other computers in your network except on the computer doing the restoration.

B) The opened ‘Restore Archive’ screen will have the Archives Folder field automatically populated with the last place you backed up your data to (if not, left click on the browser button ( ) to find the ‘backup’ folder within the ‘MPM Office’ file on your computer).

1) From the listing that appears, select the Archive File which contains the Notes that match the date and time you want to revert to. Highlight the Archive File name by single left-clicking on it, then click the ‘Restore’ button (bottom right hand side of the screen).

2) If you are certain that this is the restoration point you want to revert to, click ‘Yes’ in the ‘Restore MPM Office’ box that has just opened. (You will be given another chance to make sure this is the correct file before the program is actually restored).

3) Finally, if you are completely certain that this is the file you wish to restore, click ‘Yes’ again. (All previous data entered in MPM Office will be destroyed and replaced with data entered through the selected date and time. The program will then re-index, shut down and reopen).

4) Log-in to the program as normal when prompted.
