PROVIDER'S SCHEDULE SET UP:

Provider Time Table: The provider(s) which were added during the initial set up process will be listed under the ‘Providers’ column.

(a) Setup Provider: Double click on the provider’s name. From here one can ‘Disable Scheduling’ for this provider, ‘Use Default Settings’ (set initially under section ‘1) Options’ above), or proceed to ‘Setup Provider’ work time and breaks from the drop down menus provided. Click ‘Save’ when finished in this section.

(b) Day Adjust: To adjust the settings for a particular day, left click on the field under the date to be adjusted which is in line with the Provider’s name. Left click on the ‘Day Adjust’ button, and proceed to either ‘Set Day Off’, ‘Use Default Hours’, or ‘Adjust Work Day’ hours as needed. Click ‘Save’ when finished in this section.

(c) Set Day Off: If the selected provider is taking a single day off, left click on that day and select ‘Set Day Off’ to clear his/her schedule for that one day. If selected in error, click the ‘Day Adjust’ button, and select the ‘Use Default Hours’, or ‘Adjust Work Day’ hours to reset.

(d) Set Work Day: To set a work day for a provider, left click on the field under the date to be adjusted which is in line with the Provider’s name then left click the ‘Set Work Day’ button.

(e) Click ‘Close’ when finished.
