NAVIGATING THE CALENDAR:

In the Top Navigational Menu, left click on ‘Setup’ and find ‘Schedules’ to set up these three areas prior to utilizing the ‘Schedules’ function of the MPM Office program:

1) Options: a) Provider's Working Time: Click the boxes in front of the days of the week which the office normally does business.

b) First Day of the Week: Use the drop down menu to select ‘Monday’ as the first day of the work week.

c) Time Block: Determine what time period you want to use (1min – 60min) from the drop down menu. (The shorter the time period, the more patients you can book, for example, if you have multiple exam rooms).

d) From/To: Select your work day start and end time from the drop down menu.

e) Break From/To: Select your break (lunch) time start and end time from the drop down menu.

f) Holidays (as working days): Click the box if you want to show holidays as work days when scheduling. 

g) Click ‘Save’ when finished.
