Patient
PATIENT SCHEDULING:
(a) Availability: The color Yellow means Available,
Blue
means Booked, Grey means Off.
(b) Find Open Slot/Time: Select the day from the drop down
menu, then the time. Click ‘Find’ and the next available
slot will appear matching that criteria.
(c) Entering the Patient: Double click in the open slot to
enter the patient. A new screen will open with the
provider’s complete name and date across the top, and the
following two areas to be completed (remember to click
‘Save’ when done entering the required information):
(1) Patient
(a) If this is a patient in your database, select the
‘Patient’ button, then left click on the browser
button ( ) (to the right of the field) to find the
patient. Double click on the patient to have the
system enter their information in the fields
provided.
(b) If you are scheduling recurring visits for this
patient, select the ‘Recurrence’ button and
complete the appropriate fields. Click ‘Save’
when this section is finished. (The ‘Recurrence’
option is only available for use with current
patients).
(c) If this is a new patient, select the ‘New Patient’
button, then enter the patient’s last name, first
name, and phone number in the fields provided.
(2) Visits
(a) Notes: Enter any important notes you do not
want to miss at the time of the visit (i.e.: Get lab
results, Type of Appointment, etc.).
(b) Assigned from/to: From the drop down menu,
choose the time the visit should start and end.
