- RETURN POLICY -

MPMsoft offers a return of all it's software products for a full refund
UPON THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ONLY:

1.) Prior to installation and product activation, purchase is canceled within 30 days of 
     purchase date in writing (email or fax notification fine).

2.) No product enhancements have been requested by client, which work has been      commenced by MPMsoft.

NON-REFUNDABLE
CUSTOM PROGRAMMING, DATA MIGRATION, AND OTHER PROGRAMMING SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (software enhancements made at the client's request void the return policy).

 

MPMsoft offers a fully functional thirty day no-obligation evaluation copy of the software that allows the client to determine before purchasing whether the program will meet thier practice's billing needs.

Generally speaking, MPMsoft is happy to update it's products in ways that make everyone's billing tasks easier; we value each of our client's input!
