When using our software, with our training, and by using the clearinghouses listed
on our website, we guarantee that you'll be able to bill your claims at
all times.
- RETURN POLICY -
MPMsoft offers a return of all it's software products for a full
refund
UPON THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ONLY:
1.) Product is returned within sixty days of purchase.
2.) Client has received full training and has followed training
instructions as directed.
3.) Client notifies MPMsoft in writing (email or fax is fine) about the
specific nature of a problem, and has allowed reasonable time for MPM to
correct the problem.
4.) No product enhancements have been requested by client, which work
has either been:
(a). commenced by MPMsoft. Or which work has been:
(b). completed by MPMsoft and accepted by the client.
NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL CUSTOM PROGRAMMING, AND DATA MIGRATION SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
(software enhancement made at a client's request void the return policy).
MPMsoft offers a fully functional thirty day risk-free evaluation copy of
the software that allows the client to determine before purchasing whether the program will
meet your practice's billing needs.
Generally
speaking, MPMsoft is always happy to update it's products in ways that
make your billing tasks easier. We value your input!
