  If I add a claim for a patient it automatically goes to the electronic claims file, but if for some reason something I entered is not right and I delete the claim, will it still appear on the electronic file and will it affect the claim?
 
 
  When you delete the claim itself, it will delete it from everywhere on the system. You have to reenter the claim – preferably correctly – in order for it to appear again in the system.
