I keep getting "Record Locked by
Another User" when I am the only one in the program. Is there a ghost
in my machine? |

Close the MPM Office Program on all computers except the one whom will
be doing this work. Select SYSTEM – REINDEX. Let it run and do its thing. When
it’s done, select “Full Data Check” and click the button to have it
reindex completely. When it’s done, log back in. Attempt to open the
patient account again - it should be fine. |
