  Can I Send Secondary and Tertiary Claims Electronically?

 

 
  Yes and No. With the latest version of MPM Office, you can enter the primary insurance payment and adjustments and then select the insurance you want to bill next.  However, MOST secondary and tertiary insurances want the EOB as well. For those, the claims may need to be printed and the EOB attached and sent via US Mail.  Please contact a support representative for assistance at 707-226-1155 Monday thru Friday 7am - 4:30pm PST.
